The product I have received is faulty, what should I do now?

   

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Under rare circumstances an item might not work or may get damaged during transportation. In such a scenario our aim is to solve this problem as soon as possible. Kindly note in such a case you are obliged to notify our team within 3 days after delivery of your product at support@BidJeeto.com. A useful option is to check the manufacturer’s website or to call their helpline as many of the common problems can be easily solved and do not require one to return the product. In case the product you receive does turn out to be faulty then you can contact us at support@BidJeeto.com and we will tell you what is to be done next. We will need to know the Product ID and the serial number of the product as this information will help us to deal with your problem without delay. BidJeeto works with a wide range of suppliers who are always happy to help identify any problems and replace the faulty items if needed.

 

Please don’t send the problematic item back to us without contacting us prior as this could cause a delay in between the return of the item and the dispatch of a replacement. If your product needs to be replaced, we will contact you and let you know when it can be done.
